let me (er, my department! not me personaly) drop $150 on access codes that didn't work, I spent the entire morning doing online chats w/ not-especially helpful tech-support people.
No wonder the students are having issues w/ this.
(for extra fun, I couldn't/wouldn't let them just 'fix it' behind the scenes, the reason we bought these suckers is so I could see what the students saw and do a 'how to' about it--with screen shots. Apparently that was 'off script' for the reps and they jsut fell to pieces on me)
