A family member told me that my cupcakes were "fun" but I could get a lot of ideas from her daughters cupcake business, and when I finally got to see the famous cupcakes, they were horrible looking. Butthurtedness feelings followed. Posted link to her business on facebook.

this is really embarrassing for her.  oy oy oy -- i'm cringing.

girl has a lot to learn about frosting/pastry tips and also frosting consistency.  none of that frosting is thick enough to be piped.

No, no, no.  You need to listen to Katt Williams.  If you are being hated on that is a good thing.  It means you are doing something right.  Mr. Williams says that if you have 15 haters, you need to make it 17 by the summer.  How can you not trust a man with hair that silky?

So, she bought the book Hello Cupcake and thinks that makes her a professional. Some of these I would find cute-ish if they were home made for a party or whatever. Like oh, nice work for an amateur. If said amateur told me they had a business I would laugh, and I would never spend real American money on any of them.

I bought a two dollar cupcake for my H and my friend and they split it. Both agreed my work is better. It was satisfying for my soul, but sad for my wallet.
