    I don't like chicken inside of a tortilla with tex-mex flavors.  IDK why.  It just bothers me.  To me, tex-mex = beef.

    I have some fresh spinach, so I will probably make a tex-mex salad of sorts, sans chicken.

    Because H doesn't like beef enchiladas and this meal is 99% for him.  Gah.  Why did we ever get married?!?!

    oohhhhh - I forgot about chicken enchiladas in a crock pot.  I have a great recipe for them and forgot I had it, I might do those Saturday.
