HELP! Need to find a place to dye my shoes

Oh my goodness I never thought I'd hit roadblocks on finding a place to dye my shoes!
The salon I bought my gown from doesn't do dying and they do not have recommended vendors who do shoe dying. The local Davids Bridal only dyes shoes you bought from them... which I didn't. I'm wary of the shoe repair places near me that don't have even a voicemail during non-business hours...

I live in Tacoma area but work between Tacoma and Seattle, WA so I'm willing to go anywhere between Tacoma and Seattle area. Does anyone have any recommendations for good trustworthy places where I can get my shoes dyed?

    I highly recommend Proctor Shoe Repair at 3817 1/2 N 26th st in Tacoma, 253-759-0515.  I've had the shoe lady there dye shoes for me twice and she is awesome.  Costs about $26 - there's a discount for paying cash up front.
