Clicky Poll- Toasts

My OOT MOH and I got in a bit of a disagreement on how long her MOH Toast should be at the reception.  I think it should be 3-4 minutes, since I have 2 MOHs, FI has his BM, and I'm sure each set of parents will want to say something.... and I don't want our guests to have to sit through a 30 minute Toasting spree.

Another option is to split up toasts ... we went to a wedding a few months ago that had one dad toast at one time, then the MOH at another time ... just to split it up a bit.

Thanks for voting ladies!  I was feeling like a twat when she told me 3-4 minutes was way too short.  But she wants to go on and on about the entire 20 years we've known each other.....

Another question:  Is there a polite/nice way to let her know that she should condense her speech?  Or should I just suck it up and let her be the one who gives a WAY LONG toast at the wedding?
