I worked with a client for almost 4 months to get her a vacation to Aruba.  Long story short, she had a hell of a time with her last vacation and a few issues with our staff in between.  Honestly, she and I got off to a rocky start but in the end, I was able to send her to a resort I could vouch for because I've stayed there and she seemed really happy with the result.  She went on vacation in late July. I was cleaning out my sent items and ran across a few e-mails she and I had exchanged.  She also popped into my head last week...I had wondered if the vacation went well.  I figured if it didn't, I would have heard about it since we'd become besties and all because we talked probably about a dozen times in the month of July. So I called her.  The vacation went fine.  She seemed genuinely happy to hear from me.   So yay...I'm glad it worked out.  I told her to keep my number and call if she needed anything in the future.
