1.  What is making you smile today?
The fact that I'm sending out my first invite and RD invite to my mom in today's mail.  I use hers as a "practice" to make sure postage and everything is just right, and I like that she'll be the first person to get it!

2.  What is making you throat punchy today?
Today is actually a pretty good day, but if I had to pick something, probably that I still have to assemble the other 72 invites (which is the easiest part, since I've already done all the printing, cutting, gluing, etc).

3.  What did you eat for breakfast this morning?
English muffin with homemade raspberry jam.

4.  What jewelry are you wearing today?
Just the e-ring.

5.  What word(s) do you ALWAYS spell wrong?
schedule, and a lot of words that are weird with the "i before e, except after c, etc".

6.  How much longer til you're hitched?
87 days!

7.  If you're going to change your last name, when are you going to start that process?
When I get back from the honeymoon, I have two days off of work after we fly back, so I'll probably start with the DOL and SS stuff then.

8.  What is your favorite type of dessert?
A rich chocolate cake with tons of fudge and caramel and a really rich chocolate ganache.

9.  How big of an age difference is there between you and FI?
1 year, four months, and eight days (FI is the elder)

Cold and Sunny, my dog LOVES laying in the sun in our apartment, and since it makes him so happy, it makes me happy.    I would also rather walk him in the cold than in the rain.

Yes, it makes me feel great that I live in the PNW.

STDs, Invites, BM Newsletters, Will You Be My BM cards, centerpieces, bouquets, programs, seat chart, place cards, random signs, and probably some other stuff that I can't think of right now.

15.  What are your hobbies (outside of Wedding planning)?
Scrapbooking, but I want to get better at it.

16.  Is it still dark when you leave for work and/or come back from work?
It is dark by the time I get home from work.

17.  Have you watched the show Portlandia?  If so, thoughts?
I have, I like it.  It makes me feel superior as a Washingtonian.

18.  How do you feel when someone asks to see your e-ring (usually when they find out you're engaged)?
I used to love it when I just got engaged, but now that it's been over a year, I'm just "eh, that's old news."

19.  Are you going to have a wedding band, or just sticking with the e-ring?
Yes, mine is custom designed and will be soldered to my e-ring before the ceremony (and I'll wear my 5-year "shut up" ring as a placeholder).

My mom still sends me a V-Day card every year.

Oh gosh, I haven't even thought about that yet.  Probably right after we get back from our honeymoon.

yoga, reading, taking walks, wow I sound kind of boring!

It's finally starting to get light at both times!

I haven't got tired of showing it off yet, but I do hate when my nails are a mess!

My class is working on a Groundhog Day story using personification. I was modeling revision today and in my story, my groundhog drinks coffee. So, i was going to change it from coffee to cappucino and I called it "Crappucino". We laughed a lot!

Honestly, I'm on the edge of throat punchy all week long... this wedding is making me a crazy person!

Right now, I am totally in love with pie. I made a lemon meringue pie last weekend and loved it. I'm dreaming of a chocolate silk pie at some point.

Almost exactly 2 months.

PaperZone so far, even though we're getting our invitations made. I got some paper to work on tags and waterbottle labels.

Cold and sunny, but only if it's actually sunny. None of this half-sunny, but still freaking cold crap.

Nope. I miss blizzards. There's something so cozy about a blizzard raging outside, a mug of hot cocoa or apple cider in your hand, and a fire going in the fireplace.

I semi-DIY magnets (a friend did the art). I made cards for the wedding party (and cookies). I'm planning on making welcome basket tags, bathroom tags, and water bottle labels. Also, kid activity books and I SPY cards for the tables (with disposable cameras - maybe). I started thinking of doing some coasters lately, what with having bought a cricut recently.

Cooking and baking.

Yes.

Nope, but I've heard it's really funny.

So I realize today isn't Wednesday anymore, but it's kind of slow in my office this morning, so I thought I'd give this a go

I keep thinking about when my FI proposed he said he wanted to put the ring on my finger but I was so excited I had thrown it on myself.

The fact that I woke up with a really bad headache and I had to close the blinds at work because that beautiful sunshine was making it worse.

I had a bowl of multi-grain cherios. nom nom nom

My e-ring, a long necklace, and some earings in my first holes

ohhh it's a hard one. I would guess sunny? But it is just cloudy and warmish(no rain) that is my favorite.

Its really funny, my family is enjoying it. Esp. the ones with little kids who are loving the snow

I have a little herb garden I just started that I like to tend to. and I have two fish tanks that my fi and I take care of. I am also reallly into cars and like to go check them out if there are any gatherings and stuff around.

I feel a little weird, because I feel like it shouldn't be about the ring. But I find it really exciting just sharing a part of my engagement.

Yesterday was busy.  Today is a bit better so I'm also a day late but keeping myself entertained...and procrastinating other things.

1.  What is making you smile today? Yesterday was FI and my 3 year anniversary.  He sent me flowers at work and they are sitting on my desk today making me smile everytime I see them.

2.  What is making you throat punchy today? Just the long list of things I have to do that I don't want to do. Lots of list-making.

3.  What did you eat for breakfast this morning? A fortune cookie.  I know that sounds bad huh!? I had my usual boring drip coffee too.  I'm watching calories a little until the wedding but then it's back to my delicious macchiatos!

4.  What jewelry are you wearing today? I like jewelry: e-ring, necklace I got from my sister's wedding, 2 sets of earrings

5.  What word(s) do you ALWAYS spell wrong? I freely admit to being one of the worst spellers.  I get tripped up by lots of things but words I don't use often with repeating letters are awful.  Today it was inconvenience and vacuum.  Yes, I had to look those up before typing them. :-)

6.  How much longer til you're hitched? A little over a month.  I think the knot tells me it's 39 days but I have a hard time believing it.

7.  If you're going to change your last name, when are you going to start that process? After the honeymoon.  I have a whole week off when I'm in town but not working.  Yay!

15.  What are your hobbies (outside of Wedding planning)? I've recently gotten into photography a little.  I used to enjoy scrapbooking and cooking but haven't done either in a while.
