Tell me everything you know about ordaining

Ok, I am a PW.  But this goes along with my post below.  IF we decide to ordain my brother, I know it's easy to find the site online where he does his thing.  But I want to know about the legality of it all.  How do we make sure that the state of Washington thinks we're really married?  What all do we have to do?  How does this work?  Tell me everything you know about having someone ordained.  Please.

oh it's SO easy!! in wa state...even if the person isn't "really" ordained, but the two consensing parties both truly believe the person is ordained...it's still a legal marriage.
