Best Rental Place?

Hi,

I am looking for your recommendations for best price rental place.
I will be using my church's gym. So, I basicly need LOTS of things
from table, chair, china for 200 people.

Let me know if you would recommend the cheapest rental you can find?
Also, possibly that has chiavari chairs? thanks

ABC Rentals is wonderful and they make it sooo easy  
BUT one way to go is to google "wholesale... " such as "wholesale linens" you'de be surprised how cheap you can get some of the stuff.. some stuff even cheaper than renting!

I dunno about the diningware, but we decided to purchase our linens, overlays and chair sashes and saved about half of the price to rent them. We got the overlays and table cloths from linentablecloth.com and the sashes from CVlinens. We split them up because linentablecloth didnt have the orange we wanted for the sashes. Worth saving a bit on your budget. Our caterer also still sets everything up, they just use our linens instead of theirs!

I think most rental places are generally the same price. I did a lot of shopping around and didn't see a price difference. I would choose the rental place closest to you, especially if you're doing your own delivery.

I don't have a reccomendation for the best.......but I have one that I would NOT reccomend. There has been a few REALLY bad reviews on here from a few brides who have used Tents and Events in Kent. I would highly recommend that you don't use them. They acutally totally didn't show up for one girls wedding.

I really like Pedersen's rentals. They are really helfpul and responsive.  They are combining my chair rental order with my caterer's rental order so there will only be one delivery charge. They also have a great showroom where you can look touch, sit in, try out and "mock up" tables.
