Rehearsal Dinner location help

Okay ladies,

Our 1st choice for the Rehearsal Dinner can't seat everybody so we're in need of some help. We're looking for a place that:

-- is a restaurant
-- can seat 30
-- won't cost a fortune ($40/person or less with drinks preferably, maybe $50).
-- ideally isn't attached to a hotel (but that would work in a pinch).
-- is in Capitol Hill, Belltown/Westlake, or Downtown

Any suggestions?

Would you go lake union? We had a good experience at Eastlake Bar and Grill.

A friend of mine did Buca di Beppo for their rehersal dinner.  I liked that it was family style, and my friend said tat it made her life a lot easier to just be able to order a variety of entrees

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Rock Bottom Brewery in Downtown. It was within your budget and had a few different rooms available for groups. We had about 20 people and fit very nicely.

We just booked BluWater Bistro - the one on Leschi.  They've been really great to work with so far.

There also is Porage Bay Cafe - they rent out their restaurants for special events in the evening with their catering co - Orangic Table.  Delicious organic local food, pretty reasonably priced.  I used them for my college graduation dinner a few years ago at their U-district location.  They have a lake union location and one in ballard too.
