Dilemma

So, I have been planning to buy cloth napkins for the wedding, because I found them for a good price, and haven't found them available to rent in any shade of green that I like.  Besides, if I buy, I can always sell them after the wedding, right?
My dilemma is, I don't trust my computer screen.  I found a color that I think will be really good, but who knows what it looks like in real life?  Greens are really hard that way.  Well, I discovered that you can order a sample napkin for $1, but they charge $9 in shipping!!!
So do you think I should just take a chance & order them all?  Or take it up the rear in shipping to be sure with a sample?  Help!

ETA: they offer free shipping on orders over $50 (which mine would be if I bought them all).

Hells no! I just got screwed last night. Ordered 30 pounds of beach glass because I trusted my computer. Just do a trial order! Unless you truly think you can sell them if they aren't the right color.

Personally, I would eat the $9 and order a sample. I would be way too nervous that they would end up wrong.

how many do you need? are they $1 each for non-samples? if you're ordering about 100 or so, i would say just go for it...because like you said..you can sell it afterwards.

Yeah I would pay the shipping and get the sample...

They are less than $1 each for non-samples.  I'd spend $67 for 120 of them.  And I am pretty sure they are returnable, so I'd probably have to pay shipping for that, but not for buying them the first time around.  I mean, $9 could get me like, 15 of them if I bought in bulk!

Hmm, I hadn't seen that place Sara, but they are still more expensive than this website.  I am really leaning toward just ordering them all...  I mean, there's a chance I'd have to return them, but there's also a chance that I could pay $67 instead of $76 and totally like them.

If you can return no prob bob - I'd buy the whole bunch  It might actually save you money as I bet shipping back would be cheaper than the $10 sample as you could shove them into a flat rate box. :)

I've done samples of anything I could.  It's more expensive, but peace of mind is worth it.
