I asked dude BFF if we could meet to hang. Coffee, drinks, bikini waxes, whatever....his choice. His wife said yes, but he made it sound like she wasn't excluded.I said fine, let's make plans, but he needs to know that whenever she is around me, she gives me the biggest richard eye ever. So, now he'll either understand how I feel when she is around, or he'll have heard that as me saying she is a hoarderb and I suckass?

Min, I'm sure that he knows how his wife feels about you.  Sad as it is, you guys might not be as close as you were before. I wouldn't go into major details about his wife, and her evil eye. Trust me, he already knows.

I guess I'm an old hag, but I wouldn't want my H to hang out with a woman that didn't want me around. You may have complete honest BFF intentions. But you have to see her side a little. I'm not really very jealous, H hasn't cheated and we have been married for almost 25 years, but I wouldn't like it.

She said he gave her permission, so I said let's make plans. Now, the ball is in his court.Last night I need "me" time which would have been nice to spend with a friend, but instead I went home and took a xanax and had some beers. I forced myself to do a lot of chores H's normally does to see if I could do it.I can and have learned that I can be pretty self-sufficent with out H.
