Uh, what now?

Crazy Girl came into my office with a client file and asked me to take the appointment. Please to be remembering that New Girl was hired and I was moved to the Manager position. I don't see clients. I really don't see anyone now that I'm working on this new project. I take the client and Crazy Girl comes over to tell me thank you and she's sorry. I'm thinking she laced the file with Anthrax or something because she seemed sincere. She told me she went to take the client to New Girl and New Girl refused to see the client. REFUSED. Why? She had a client scheduled to come in and sign some papers.I've had clients come to sign those papers, you give them the form (singular) and they sit at a computer in another room and input the data. Takes 5 minutes at the most.She didn't want to see a client last night even though it was her night to work late. And there are people who NEED jobs.

so are you in charge of them?  sounds like new girl needs a slap of reality

If its your job, how can you just keep refusing to do it and keep the job?

I don't care what she thought and it doesn't really matter. The appointment was done before I could finish printing my information and go over to get the client from across the hall. You don't even sit in the room with the client. You give them the form, take them to the computer and go away. They don't even bring you the info. They just come and tell you it's done and leave. She came up to me at the hub while I was waiting for something I printed and asked if I wanted her to take the appointment. I told her no and she asked if I was ok. WTF? I was livid and her asking me stupid questions irritated me even more! i told her I was fine and she walked off.
