FI and I met with Kelli from Kelli's Cake Creations today and we made the deposit! She was super nice and her cakes look so good (the little owl cake in the shop... adorable!)

Anyway, we both LOVED the almond cake. To. Die. For. Thanks to you ladies for your repeated posts recommending her. I can't believe this whole wedding thing is getting closer and closer... only 6 months to go!

What flavors did you have in your cake layers? Idea and opinions welcome!

    YAY!  Kelii is the best, you won't be disappointed!  The almond was my favorite too!  We had one tier with almond cake & raspberry mousse, one marble with oreo mousse, and one coconut with key lime mousse.  Dang.  Now I want to go buy a cake from Kelli right now, just to taste it again!

    We did almond with pomegranate (my favorite!)... We also did champagne with chocolate moose and chocolate with mint ganache.

    kelli! i <3 that woman. SO glad you are choosing kelli :)

    for our wedding cake we had mocha/almond marble cake with hazlenut mousse and another of sugar free lemon cake with sugar free rasberry preserve (and sugar free butter cream).

    for my birthday cake it was white cake (heavily food colored) with white chocolate buttercream filling.

    ALL of it was AMAZING!

    Oh my gosh, those combinations sound SO good. We only tried the samples and I loved those, I can't even think beyond them.... I'm going to share this FI and see what he thinks!!!
