Anyone use google documents?

A group I'm involved with is using google documents to share our membership e-mail lists spreadsheet.  I'm really hating it.  I'm the one adding the information, someone else in the group insisted on putting it in google because she wanted to always have access to the latest version without sifting through her e-mail for the last attachment from me.  But as far as I can tell, I can't C&P more than one cell at a time.  So if I type in the names and e-mail addresses for three five new people interesting in the pre-school playgroup and four of them are also interested in the wine and cheese group, I have to C&P names one at a time to the other tab, then come back for e-mail addresses one at a time.  Is there a way I can C&P more than one cell at a time?

i use google docs. most of the time, i just delete the old google doc and upload a new one.

Yeah, I think that's what I'm going to have to do.  I'm not retyping this stuff over and over.
