She's home and just sitting on the couch.  She's so groggy from the anesthesia, but she keeps kinda jumping awake.  I don't particularly like that they send her home the same day, but I know it's one way they keep their costs for this down, which I appreciate.  My vet is still the cheapest in town for a spay/neuter and he's $90 for the 40 and over poundage crowd, which Ms. Thang is.Bennett is going to stay over at Mom's tonight, b/c he is being HORRIBLE to her.  I think he's just jealous that she got to go and now he wants to sniff/lick all over her or just jump on her head or whatever.  But I made him come in with me.  Sebastian (the cat) is grooming her head right now, so maybe that'll make her relaxed enough to sleep.

Jake was all over Iggy like white on rice when he came home from being at the vet all day. Poor Iggs just wanted to sleep. Jake didn't understand it wasn't a treat to be where Iggs had been. Jake got to spend all day in bed with Mom, he was the winner.

I was just thinking about Zelda and her surgery today.  Hopefully Sebastian will calm her and not decide to do some random obnoxious cat thing.

Nah, Sebastian is the lover cat.  He'll be sweet to her.  I've got an eye on them anyway.   I'm just glad it's done.

I wouldn't count on this to slow her down too much. After Jake got 'the snip' I was hoping he'd calm down, but no. He has crazy in his genes and there ain't no stopping him. He even has grey all in his muzzle, but he is still going strong.
