SIL, who has had issues holding a job, quit one place without 2 weeks notice to start another job.  She started Monday and already hates it and wants to quit.  One reason she cites is the hours.  Duh, did she really think a 12 hr shift and 1+ hr commute (one way) were going to be easy?Yes, I feel a little hypocritical since I'm quitting soon.

And you're *not* a hypocrite.  How long have you worked at your job?  How long did it take you to make the decision to quit?  You made the decision to quit with a lot of thought behind it, no?  She's quitting and taking new jobs on a whim and NOT giving any notice.  HUGE differences here.

hehe.  Not Carrann, but I can see the similarity. O- I love the phrase "het up."  I know I should ignore, but the girl isn't 20 just starting out.  She's almost 30 and has 3 kids.  It's time to be responsible.
