If you had to call ahead, how far ahead did you need to call?I am going to use mine on Thursday (4th anniversary = fruit), but I don't really want to call too far ahead (or not far enough).

I called the day before and mine was ready. Sometimes they just have them ready but I don't have time to stand around. Actually, I wish I had, because my fav greek place is literally right in front of the EA here.
