Flag Frame

I need to find a frame for a 2x3 American Flag. I've searced Amazon, Walmart, Target, Aaron Brothers, and used google but can't find one at a reasonable price that is the size I need. Any other suggestions on where I might find one? I'm hoping to spend $30 or less, it doesn't have to be fancy, but I want it to be decent so I can spend more if I have to, just not $150 or anything.It's for an American Flag flown over Pearl Harbor on Memorial Day for my Dad. He's a huge WWII buff and a veteran so it's one of those "he has everything, but will appreciate this" gifts.

Is it supposed to hold the flag while it's in a triangle/folded or when it's unfurled?

Triangle. A 2'x3' frame might be a little huge.

Michael's, Hobby Lobby, and other craft shops.  Also any sort of framing shops in your area should have the materials.

Hobby Lobby.  With their sales and such the prices are great and they can custom frame if necessary.  I think they also have the triangle frames. Is that in feet or inches?
