Seeking Dressmaker/Designer for Alterations

I have an Alfred Sung dress given to me by a friend and I'd love to wear but it needs alterations and I need ideas for reworking the dress to best suit my tastes.  Does anyone know of a good seamstress in the Seattle area?  Thanks for any suggestions.

I've gotten recommendations for Fragile Fit (http://fragilefit.com/), Tracy Gail (http://www.tracygail.com/) and a woman named Trish out of Belltown Bride.  I haven't used any of them personally, they were recommended by our wedding planner.  But they are the three I am considering to alter the sample dress that I bought.  Let us know how it goes!  Good luck!
