I ok'ed MIL's visit today.  I'm exhausted from the last 2 days and it's raining.  I'm going grocery shopping while she stays with 6let.  It's going to be the longest trip ever.

...and there's the annoyance.  She was supposed to be here at 10.  I could go to the store with one kid and be back in plenty of time to unload, put away, and get us to lunch at noon with DH.  She'd get alone time with her beloved grandson and I wouldn't have to deal with her.  She'd leave and I'd have time to bake a cake and make DH's favorite dinner.

She won't get here until 11.  So I need to get to the store before she gets here.  Then since she'll be so "late" she wanted to stay for dinner.  I told her what we were having and she's heading home.  It probably means I won't get to bake the carrot cake too.

Better run if I want to get us showered and dressed and out the door to be back by 11.

Don't worry about.  I was just giving you a hard time.  
I'm not exactly shocked that the goths are gone.   I was shocked about the cowboys last week though.   That gave me a sad.  
But I love Zev and Justin.   I hope they go all.the.way!

Made it home in time and just bought a cake.

I haven't seen TAR yet either.  We didn't back from the First Communion until 10 pm.
