The bad news about pneumonia

It's like herpes - it stays in your chart for all eternity.  Like anytime I get a cold, sinus infection or booboo, I have to mention that I had the flu followed by pneumonia.  The doc is also requiring me to get flu and pneumonia shots every year.  

Just put a red P on my chest already.

I didn't know that.

I had pneumonia when I was a year and a half, which developed into asthma. But I haven't had it since, and hopefully you won't have it again either.

Yep.  I'm feeling much better.  I think that's why I was in such a cleaning frenzy this weekend.

I've had pneumonia 8 or 9 times, and I've never been required to get a shot or tell any doctor my history with it. But I always mention it anyway since I have bad asthma, so there's really no avoiding it. If if wants to come full force, it's gonna come.
