Vacation Booked

*phew*

No, we can't just go on a cruise or an all-inclusive, we have to spend moneymoneymoney just to get to Maine.  That doesn't include, gas, site seeing, souvenirs or food.

I am excited though....first "real" vacation in 3 years. 

MAINE-here we COME!!    (well, in about 57 days)

This trip has been about 1.5 years in the making.  H has been driving me nuts and dragging his feet, but once he was ready to pay it took about one afternoon.

The only bad thing is that we have so many layovers and we don't get to sit next to each other in a few flights.  Maybe that's a good thing though.

We are spending 3 days in Portland/Biddeford area and 4 days in Bar Harbor.  AT a B&B, 5 minutes from Acadia---on Frenchman's Bay.

I just can't wait to feel like a sore thumb because I pronounce it BAR HARBORE instead of Ba Habahhh.

And I'm hoping for some AWESOME seafood.  I want a lobster roll!

DH and I rarely sit next to each other on airplanes. We both like the aisle, so we typically sit across from each other.

Also, I like to eat candy and talk about people when I'm on a plane. DH likes his ipod or ipad and headphones, so it's just as well.
