Wedding Woes

Bad name

Some of you may remember the wedding I was in where I was asked to wear wings as a bridesmaid.

That bride is the same woman who has had the Batman themed pregnancy.

She is zero percent dialated and is insisting on being induced. Last night there was a FB post about the (potential) arrival of........

baby Synjan. (pronounced Sin-Gin).

If anyone finds my eyebrows, you can just drop them in the post back to me. It'd me much appreciated.

I am curious how volleyball taught you that Hmo. I played for years and didn't come out knowing that.

She was a volleyball player, so I asked her sister why she picked it, and sister didn't think that was why.

it could be worse - she could be naming her kid Gurusiddaprabhu. (someone in our IT dept. - i'm guessing this one was a cultural name)

Sin and gin.  Is that how the baby was conceived?

Nico brought up that point. They WERE in Vegas at the time, but she drinks wine. Maybe daddy was hitting up the gin.

<div>There are still people named this. Isn't one of the Brits on Mad Men a St. John/Sinjun? </div><div>
</div><div>But that mess of Y's is inexcusable. </div>

And it's Synjan. The Y and the A make it a mess.

I always thought that St. John was just pronounced sinjin in the UK. I'd never heard of it actually spelled sinjin (or synjan).

And this woman is not religious (unless she caught that when she caught preggers).
