    I say sir-up

    What about coupon?

    I say it with a hard U, rather than a double o.

I go back and forth with that one

    Sometimes it's coopon, some times it's cue-pon.

    Surrup
Coo-pon (and I effing hate Kewpon. It grates.)
Ahnt if it's the relative; Ant if it's the bug. I have no idea if this is a real distinction, but I've decided to adopt it.
I also say vahze and foy-yay (vase and foyer). But I add an extra R in theatre - theartre.

What about caramel? care-a-mel or car-a-mel? I use the second.

Car-mel. No third syllable. Likewise, carmelized.

    I don't acknowledge the "a" in the middle.  car-mul.

    Man, I'm a lazy talker.

huh, i didn't think about the 3rd syllable. Now I don't know if I use the "a" or not. I will not remember this debate with myself the next time I say it either.

    Cue-pon
    Ant
And I put a Z in greasy (gree-zee).  My roommates used to tease me about that.

    Ambulance?

I used to say am-bu-LANCE untill I was mercilessly made fun of by a douchy ex. Not just "ha you have a funny Maryland accent," but "you're stupid for thinking it's pronounced that way and I'll correct you every time until you get it right because I don't want you to sound like a stupid idiot when you're hanging out with me." Now I say am-bu-lince and cringe a little.

My college roommate used to say Elemen-terry instead of elemen-tree.

Her boyfriend and I had a good laugh about that.

I pronounce syrup the way that Wz does.

    I say Vayse and Foyurrr.

    AM-bu-lance. Not "lince". Ew.

And elemen-ta-ry. I pronounce all of those syllables - I've never heard "elementry".

I HATE pe-CAHN. It's pee-can, and you can make all the fun of me you want, I won't change.
