What a nice surprise

I came home yesterday to find every dish washed and put away (he normally leaves hand-washables for me to do).  Then he cooked and served a full meal for dinner, with only two questions and insisted I go relax instead of assist him.  Dinner wasn't that great - he made pork chops, which I hate, and burned the veggies on one side.  But most of it was edible.

I appreciate the effort, that's for sure.  Mama Leg gets tired doing it all.

    YAY Mr. Leg.

I came home to a similar scene yesterday.  It was wonderful.

<div>I knew what the angle was - his punkass attitude this whole week; and he also wants to host a party on Saturday night and needs my cooking skillz to pull it off.</div>

NOLA! I was thinking the same thing.

But yes, needing your tolerance, and happy housewife abilities is always a possibility.
