It was only a few weeks or a month ago that I peeked in and heard she was ill.  I don't know why I feel so blindsided.  It never crossed my mind that she wouldn't beat it or that she wouldn't have more time at the very least.

A beloved attorney here has been battling a very aggressive cancer here for several years and is still hanging in there; one of my best friend's sisters fought a brave battle with breast cancer for three years before it took her.  My bff mother survived her bout with breast cancer.

I know it's futile and ridiculous, but in my head I keep counting this out and thinking that there must be some mistake; surely she was owed more time.  Her family was owed more time.

I just went to that bathroom and realized that I'm also wearing purple underwear today.  I'd like to believe that WW would've gotten a kick out of me in the bathroom going "oh yay!  I have purple underwear on too!"

I had no idea it was that far along. I haven't been around long but I know she was important to you. I read so many quotes and references to her awesomeness, she must have been one hell of a lady. This is very sad news. My condolences to her friends and family.

I habe been a lurker since I signed up at The Knot for my wedding. Wonderwife had a way with her stories. I was so upset when I heard she had cancer, and am now in shock to hear that she has passed.

She was a very special person indeed. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to all of you who knew her not only on the internets but also in real life. I will fondly remember the belly laughs I had while reading about her antics of her Mother-in-law, Busy and Wifezzila's trip to DC to visit, and the pictures of her dancing it out with Callie from Grey's Anatomy.

Cancer sucks. I am sorry for the loss of your friend.

Even though I rarely posted to this board, I have lurked for many years and am so sad to see this turn of events.  I didn't know her personally, but I feel like Ww has taught everyone valuable lessons on courage, strength, and keeping a positive attitude in the face of adversity.  This may seem silly given that I never knew her the way you all did, but she has also taught me a lesson on valuing the small things and never taking one single day for granted.

My deepest sympathies go out to you, her friends, on this very sad day, as well as her husband and family.

I was away this weekend and read this post on my phone this morning, luckily I was at home because I couldn't control the tears. I will miss Ww more than I could ever say. I was so sure she would beat this, I never had any doubt, and now my heart just hurts. Sending all my love to Wonderhusband.

It's been 5 years since I "met" WW - she was Cinn when I knew her. We snarked away, ate up beebees and had a great time until the great banning of 2005.

Prayers for her family and loved ones.

I have been lurking for a long time (was engaged before and called it off) and this is just so shocking and saddening to me.  Her stories just leapt from the screen, and she had such a vibrant presence.

When I read that she was ill, it never even crossed my mind that this would happen; I thought that surely she would be someone to beat the odds.  I feel slightly creepy writing this because I have posted on this board only a couple of times, but I just had to say something.  All I can say is that she will truly be missed.

I am very sad over her passing.  I thought of her often this summer and hoped she was winning.

Hearing of her passing, one of the first things I thought of was this line from a movie:

"You guys should be so lucky. To ever
have a friend half as cool and smart
and ballsy and as crazy her."

From her stories she was all of those things.  You were all lucky.

I'm only a lurker and it doesn't mean much but I do offer my condolences to you and everyone she loved.

I have been a lurker on this board for years, mostly due to Ww and her amazing storytelling.  From reading all of these posts it is apparent what a phenomenal person she was.  She had an impact on so many people (myself included) who never had the privilege of knowing her personally.  Her whit, humor, strength, and ballsy attitude will be greatly missed.

It's funny, I have so much that I want to say but don't know how to say it.  Is it silly that I'm shedding tears while typing this?  I didn't know her, but I feel like I've just lost a dear friend.

My sincere condolences to all of you and to her family and friends.

I haven't been here since I got married and I found out today that Cinnamonspark/Wonderwife had passed away.

We kept in touch for a while via emails and then life gets in the way and lose each other but after hearing this news, I realized that I never lost her.

Cancer is a terrible thing.  I lost my step-father in July to it and now I have lost a dear friend.  My heart is heavy and I know that you all feel the same way.

Corny, MotherBucker, MrsChiklis, Is it Over? were some of the ladies I got to know during the planning of my wedding.  My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone.
