Stressing: To-do list

Okay, I'm just sitting here stressing about all I need to do still.  So far I have:

Set up wedding website (created, but needs info!)
Design invites & RSVP
Print invites & RSVP
Address invites & send
Get guest list and addresses for shower & bachelorette party to MOH
Make-up & hair trial (scheduled for end of this month)
Make pomanders
BM gifts
Make embellishments for BM flip-flops
Emergency kit (DOC will likely have one, but I'm anal like that)
Get iron-on rhinestones for hoodie & get ironed on (duh!)
Make photobook guestbook
Finalize menu

Dance lessons with FI in May
Maybe a couple dance lessons with dad this month

I know I'm forgetting stuff....help!

    Oh yeah also need to:
    Make BM jewelry
    Research hotels for FI's family to stay at
    Get dress altered (scheduled first alteration for early next month with seamstress already)
    Order hankerchiefs
    Decide on songs for processional, dances, bouquet toss, etc.
    Book hotel room for me to stay out the couple days prior to wedding

    Done:
    STDs done and sent
    Dress on hand
    BM dresses ordered (due in at end of May/beginning june)
    My shoes & BM shoes already picked out

    How's your timeline looking?

    And it's okay - breathe - you're doing good. :) I know it's an ever-growing/morphing list, but if you break things up a bit under headers - Scheduled, Progressing, Start or maybe put them in order of importance. And make sure you delegate - bring in those people who are just dying to help.

    I dunno...haven't even started to tackle that one.  I know we're starting hair and makeup at 7am. Surprised 

    Yeah....FI's been REALLY busy with work lately, I don't want to bother him too much.  MOH works for a CPA firm and I refuse to ask her for help until after tax season is over since I know she's working 6-7 days per week right now.  Other BM, I might ask for some help...

    Does timeline help come with the DOC? Because if so, I'd use that to it's fullest extent. Most vendors will have suggestions for when they show up and do their stuff if you tell them what time you're getting married. Add those to the the hair time and the time you're getting married and voila! You have yourself a starting point.

    Fortunately yes, and I will be asking her for help with that after my & MOH's hair & makeup trial.  Which reminds me of another to-do: pictures list.  Oh yeah, and seating chart & escort cards. *sigh*

    Its ok, everything will get done. i think you need to worry about invites right now, get that design finalized so you can get going on those.

    all of the other things are pretty little details that def add up but shouldn't take TOO long.

    like pp said, breathe. I find it really helpful to give myself things to do this week, or this month, it is MUCH easier to tackle that way.

    Just break down your to do list into what you plan to accomplish each week. That way it won't seem like such a daunting task. Also, one thing that really helped my DOC was I made a list of everything I was bringing and where it was supposed to go at the venue. That way they knew what it was for and where it was supposed to go. It also helped ensure I got my stuff back at the end of the night.

    Angstocker and I gave lists of pro pics you may want in a post probably a few pages back by now. Someone asked what kind of formal pics to do. Look it up if you want to check it out!
    And to me you sound like you're doing fine. I don't know if you're going to do actual seated places at the tables, meaning people will have an exact chair at the table, but if not, we're just going to put an easel with a chalkboard up in the front of the reception room and write all the guests names, last name alphabetical order, and put their table # next to their name. That might help if you don't want to do escort cards.
    Right now I'm working on table numbers. I found ones I like, unfortunately, this non-DIYer has to do it! Ah!
    Good luck and I agree with BraveAngel, make a priority list. Things that need to be done now, and things that can wait till almost last minute.
