Your nose is stuffy.  You decide to blow.  What do you use?

sometimes I'll splurge and use two tissues but that's generally after a snotty sneeze.

Nothing aka "the air"

DH does this.   I may murder him over this one day.

Another option:  The shower.

I guess the air would be worse, but I want to slap H every time he blows his nose because he never, ever uses just one tissue.   I can understand two if you are in the midst of a terrible cold when buckets of mucas are being produced, but this is not the case.  The paper towel thing makes me extra, super angry.  I put a box of tissues in the kitchen because I thought he was just being too lazy to walk to the bathroom, but no.  He still opts for the TWO paper towels.

Oh yes, the street.  DH does that, too.   And spits.

Right now I've been using several tissues becuase I've had a cold, a sinus infection and allergies - - and I have been known to use a soft, super absorbant paper towel when I've been really sick.   I'm a mucus machine right now.

My boss uses paper napkins becuase his facial hair rips up tissues and leaves white stuff all over his face.    It's funny.

DH has horrible sinuses/allergies so I give a pass on paper towel usage.  He also has the facial hair issue if it's late at night or first thing in the am.
