- 6let and I are on antibiotics.

- The showing went well.  The woman had a few things to work out and the realtor said it would probably be a bit.  I figure she's either waiting on financing, to sell a house, or a divorce to come through.

How nice of her to rush you into a showing 4 days before Christmas, only to make you wait on her issues.

Glad you're on antibiotics.   Hopefully you don't get too sick.

I thought of that too, but if it sells the house so be it.  I would have had to clean for Christmas anyway, but I just would have done it over a couple of days.

I've only shopped for a house once in my life and we only looked at one house - already vacated.  But I would imagine that unless I was in some sort of huge hurry I would avoid looking at occupied houses the week of Christmas, especially houses with that I could tell were occupied by children (and I'm assuming they can guess that from listing photos if you have pictures of their rooms or play areas).  But who knows.  Maybe she assumes you are all at work and daycare during the day.

I hope she bites.

It's pretty clear in the photos that kids live here.

Oh and the nurse was shocked when I said I was 36.  She thought I was late 20's.  Of course I thinki it's the little kids more than how I look.
