HELP! The Knot lost MY FAVORITES!

Does anyone know how to get back MY FAVORITES?  I had a huge list of favorites and now they are gone!

Same thing happened to me today! And now when I add anything to favorites, it won't save.

i am dealing with the same thing...at first i thought it was my computer or something...glad i am not the only one...has anyone figured out how to get them back????? i had a TON of stuff saved

Same happened to me! I didn't realize it and saved a ton of stuff tonight and iit didn't save either! Has anyone heard anything?

I am ahving the same proble one day they were all there now they are gone and i cant save anything!!!

Oh thank heavens I thought I was going crazy!!!! I even back tracked to other pictures i know i saved and they wont let me re-save them.

i wrote to the customer service email and i received the following response:
 
"Thank you for your email. An email has been sent to our IT department and they are working on this issue. This will be resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding."

hopefully that means they will be able to fix it soon!

Fixed!  My favorites look to have been restored within the past hour.

Thanks for all of your advice.  I opened the website under a different name, using the knot.com that was not "cached" or, not highlighted in blue on the Google page and it worked.

I mean, where do you actually go to actually see your favorites?! i keep saving to favorites but have NO idea how to get to the favorites?

I dont know where they go either! If someone could tell me i would greatly apreaciate it. I've looked EVERYWHERE to find my favorites.

I found it, its under your " my planner " section. You have to look on the left hand side of the screen and it will be a ways down on the list of sections to go to like your budget, checklist etc etc...

Don't know that this solves everyone's problem, but I discovered that to save something, you need to first hit the heart then hit the "love it". The it will be save to favorites.
