Wedding Woes

Dress help, round 2

Remember my post the other day?

Dress #2 (the black lace one) is not as flattering as I was hoping for.  It needs some kind of belt or sash to break up all the lace.  I have a belt that would be perfect, but of course I can't find it anywhere.  :(
So, I think dress #2 is out because I'll feel to self-conscious (a.k.a. FAT) in it.

Dress #1 looks much dressier in person than it does in the photo.  The buckle is black and the turqouise-y color is more like teal.   It seems to be flattering on me, except that I might get questioned that I'm pregnant because of the empire waist.  (I'll just be sure to booze it up, then.)  But I deal with that every day anyway because of my stupid body shape.  I carry all my weight around the middle.

Option #3 would be a black wrap dress that I've worn to a million weddings.  I can make it more springy with some cute turquoise jewelry.  Nothing's wrong with this dress, I  am just bored with it and wanted something new.

What do you think?

I'm kind of disappointed that the first dress isn't working out.

But then again, you decide what is the most appropriate for the wedding you're going to. You have a much better idea of how dressy things are going to be, you know?

Let me see if DH will cooperate and take pictures of me.   It might take awhile.

If you like #2 go with it.  I think it would be very appropriate.  Plus I'd rather have a reason to booze than shop.

Can you get a new belt/sash/scarf to make #1 work?  TJ Maxx/Marshalls is great for stuff like that.
