I can't seem to PIP.  The one with the words about her mom missing the wedding because she spent the money on something else...Why is the woman pg and the man holding the gun?  Is it a shot gun wedding?  What does that have to do with the money?

    I took it to mean that mom was crazy enough to be the pg woman in the picture.

    We've seen that picture before. I don't get the secret across it, but we've seen the crazy before. It came up during one of the JessJo gun conversations, I believe.
