She just turned 13 and got her first cell phone :(   She's even starting to get a little figure :(  Makes me sad that she's getting so old.  Seems like she was just a little 4 lb bundle of perfection and miracle.

And to give bro and SIL credit I like their cell phone rules.  The phone lives at home during the day and gets put to bed in their room.

    We may be have to get the kiddo a cell phone as early as next school year depending on our schedules and his activities.  What happened to the three year old I met almost 7 years ago that didn't even know what to DO with a phone?

    No kidding!  SIL didn't especially want too, but she said it's the way to socialize now so what are you going to do?
