But how high up from your knee are you supposed to wear it?  I need to measure the diameter. :P  I always figured 3-4" up from the knee?

LOL. I have never heard that question! I think it's personal preference...just slide it up until it doesn't fall down! Haha. Aren't they kind of a one size fits all thing? (I don't really know, I didn't wear one.)

i wonder the same thing... i agree with melissa though that i think you pull it up until it doesn't fall and is comfortable.

Lol, yeah, but the one I'm looking at says it goes to 19" inches, give or take.  At about 4" up, I think I'm about 20."  Big thighs, what can I say? :P

I'm not wearing one, but 3-4" above the knee sounds good. Don't want to go too high and be skanky

if it's 19", and your thigh is 20..i think it should be about good...because if it's *exactly* the right size, it might slide around and eventually fall down.

I agree with Jenn. Plus they're probably measuring it just as it is (meaning not stretched out), right? It probably stretches more than an inch.

I would hope so!  The description states" This garter shown is of average size. If your leg measures around 19 inches - give or take a bit they will fit you fine."  So I guess I should be ok.
