    i had a medium rare Angus filet for dinner on Wednesday and it was fantastic...probably the 2nd best steak I ever ate. (the best was Wagyu at Morimoto's restaurant... to die for)

    this is not the first piece of medium rare meat that I've eaten during my pregnancy, and won't be the last.... you just can't have well done steak or lamb.

    I agree with you, Barbie. hell, I had full on tuna sushi a couple of weeks ago. Spicy tuna on the inside, topped with tuna on the outside. It was the best tasting sushi I've had in ages.

    No flames from me, but 2 crockpot hrs is nowhere near med rare.
