Ours was good, but long. Friday night we got home and then I went out finish picking up hostess gifts for my shower.
Saturday, we woke up and packed to leave for my parents. We got to my parents around lunch time. After lunch, DH and I took a nap while my sisters and mom finished prepping for my shower. Everyone started showing up for the shower around 1:30pm. We played some games. I opened a ton of gifts for Baby C. I got to hang out and talk to all my guests. We had some cake and then people started taking off. A few family members and friends stuck around to have tacos for dinner. After everyone left, we pretty much went to bed.
Yesterday, we woke up and hung around for a little bit. I had fun playing with my nephew on my parents bed and actually got some really cute pics of him and the kiddo. We left about lunch time. We found another dresser for Baby C's room. When we got home, DH cleaned out the garage and changed the oil in his car. I cleaned out the baby's room and folded laundry. We brough all the stuff in from the shower. Went to the store. When we got home I made dinner and then I organized all the baby's stuff into tubs so that it can be easily moved out when DH and FIL paint this coming weekend.
I'm exhausted today. I could have used another day off just to sleep.
