I thought that within a few days of the wedding - things would go somewhat smoothly because most everything should have been taken care of....I was sooo wrong.
FI's tux came in yesterday and he went in to try it on w/ his groomsmen. And of course, his was the only one that did not fit. His blazer was too tight and his pants were too big. WTF? He's got to go back in today to pick up another one (supposedly the right one) tonight. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Out of town family on FI's side showed up LATE to the rehearsal, after being specifically told it was important to be there on time since we were only allowed a certain amount of time. Apparently, FI's brother was at the freaking bar at the hotel and then had to shower (for a second time) before he was able to leave, causing everyone staying there to be late since they're all staying together. UGH!
On a positive note, i had my makeup trial run and i love it! I Love Blush is great - they totally listened to me and didn't make me look like my greatest fear, a crazy child prostitute (which is what i look like when i try to do my own makeup!) I also go the lash extensions from her and they're so cool! I actually fell asleep for a while when she was putting them on.
