teens need to be in summer school, at jobs or working the family farm or something.  no more of this "having fun" or "having free time" business that they can do things like this.

Who would ever think this was a good idea?

What happened to teenagers smoking a little pot to get high, or sneaking a couple nips of rum from the parent's liquor cabinet? At least then you don't run the risk of strangling yourself.

H, they are just this dumb.

I think kids are so bored, and looking for any type of excitement that this sounds like a good idea to some. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

You know, this is true for poor and well off kids.

I was just too scary, and would have talked crazy about my friends for doing this.

I was idle all summer, and I never resorted to choking people.  What happened to ounging around the pool?

It's been called the "good kids' high" because they aren't using a drug or alcohol to get high.  Going to summer school or having a job won't prevent this.  It takes 5 minutes and happens in their rooms when parents think they are doing homework.
