overheard: Someone at a booth asked one of the old ladies running things "What in the heck is the 'Green' party - is that like, environmental sh!t?" He got really pissed when she told him she couldn't answer any questions.

I always end up giggling at those old ladies.  The one instructing me on how to use my ballot, as I'm standing there with my highlighted sample ballot was killing me.  I just wanted to say, "I got this", but I didn't, I know she has to do her speech.  Plus, while I was there someone went up and the monitor grabbed her before she put her ballot in the box to tell her she didn't do her lines right. (we have to connect two arrows basically to fill in our ballot, she had drawn x's even after old lady speech).

However, they were killing it with the IPads this morning.

the old dudes running the machines were trying to race one another when a machine was free.  it was hystreical and adorable.
