This one says that it offers a variety of "lifestyle options" and from the looks of the basement "roller derby queen" might be one of the options.  Mostly I am intrigued by the kitchen.  It looks facinating yet they have too few photos.  Please go take pictures for me.

i was going to say that their budget didn't allow wallpaper removal - but i think the WP is intentional, since it's in every room.

and they sure are selling that basement!

I didn't notice if there was a drain or not, but those basement floors would also be good for cutting up bodies. Just saying.

i saw that house!  it said "meticulously maintained by its original owner for more than half a century" -- yes indeed.  dude hasn't changed a thing in 50 years.

i love the floating red carpeted stairs. it's like a cruise ship casino.

i know a couple of people with kitchens in the basement.  they claim it's for summer cooking.  they have a full setup there -- fridge, oven and range.
