Aw heck, I'll start this one today. Those of you who saw my post about my first dress fitting know that I am about to get hardcore with my diet and exercise for the next 7 weeks! This morning I started a new session of boot camp, and am on day one of being wheat-free and sugar-free. I am also planning to incorporate some new exercise into my routine, including Bikram (hot) yoga and a spin class. I am also continuing to train for the half marathon on June 26th. My FI is doing wheat-free and sugar free with me, and is super supportive, which really helps. He said that after the wedding we'll go out for pizza. HA!
