Hey guys, I'm in a tricky situation, and would love your advice. A few months back, FI and I received a save-the-date for the wedding of our mutual friend, A. She moved away last year to a different state, but the wedding will be in our state. So when we got the STD, we decided we would go.
Well, the wedding is less than a month away, and we have not received a formal invitation yet. I double-checked, and what we got in the mail was definitely just an STD, not the invitation. Hmm. To make matters worse, the wedding is the Saturday after Thanksgiving, so we were planning on arranging our family get-together plans around this wedding.
What do you think I should do? Contact her? Continue waiting for the invite? Assume that she cut us from the guest list? Ack, this feels so awkward.
