LORAC 3D Liquid Lustre
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P280404&categoryId=B70it comes in a small bottle with a dropper. you use a very small drop on your fingertip and apply over eyeshadow (or cheeks, according to Sephora). it creates a very shimmery/glittery finish, but not overpowering for day. (at least IMHO)
they say it's silver, but there seems to be silver and gold flecks.
i have used with several different colors of eyeshadow and it has looked good with all of them.
i normally wear UD Primer potion and either Bare Escentuals or UD Eyeshadow and liner (sometimes use a wet brush/shadow as liner) - the LORAC 3D has blended well, and stayed in place with my oily skin, but also washes off easily.
ETA, I don't know that I would use it on my cheeks - i think it would be too much.
