What to wear - Engagement photos at Gasworks Park

Next month my FH and I are getting our engagement pictures done at Gasworks park, I am wondering how you decided on what to wear for your e -session.  Did you wear your favorite go to outfit or shop until you found the perfect outfit?  Where did you draw your inspiration from?

    We did our pictures in December, and it was chilly in Seattle. I LOVE JCrew and took our E-pics as an opportunity to buy some new clothes!! We live in Washington DC, and did spring pictures around the cherry blossoms. For that we wore stuff we already had. I did a spring dress, and he was casual in jeans and a button down shirt!

    I wore what my favorite outfit was at the time that made me feel the most confident. Then I dressed my other half to match me! ha ha!

    I would just wear something that makes you feel great! You will be less worried about it and can focus on great smiles and faces for your pics!

    We did our e-session last August, and we wore two outfits:
    1st:  We both wore UW Husky shirts and jeans
    2nd:  I wore a polka dot v-neck dress with a cream cardigan/sweater and FI wore black pants and a nice button-up.  Polka dots are a part of our overall "theme," so I thought the dress would be appropriate.

    You should wear whatever you are the most comfortable with and feel great in!
