About 2k Venue in Pierce, Kitsap or King County

I'm looking for a Venue preferably by the water, and either allow outside caterers or have somewhat inexpensive menu items. For food, venue, tables, linens and chairs I'm looking to be around 5k or less. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. THANKS! 

Also caterer ideas????

    We're doing ours at Kitsap Memorial State Park, outdoor ceremony and indoor reception at the log hall - allows outside caterers, has a grill/bbq area for caterer use. The site rental I think was $1300, and we're still working out tables/chairs/linens, but will still be well under budget for those items. Only tricky part about KMSP is that you have to reserve it about a year in advance, especially for peak times like summer (our wedding is in August and last year on 8/1/11 my fiance lined up with a dozen other couples trying to reserve the space for an August 2012 date). Our catering is about $5k for 130 guests, but you may be able to find someone who can do it for less, or a simpler menu (we have a buffet with salmon, flank steak, etc). Lots of good vendors out on the Kitsap and Olympic peninsulas.
