Bookends

Why are they so hard to find on-line?  I've checked everywhere I can think of- z gallerie, pottery barn, restoration hardware, penneys, kohls, waldens, borders, kohls, personalization mall, red envelope.  I'd like something a little nicer than target, but I'm not getting anywhere.

Ideas?  I was thinking maybe our initial, but any cool design would be cool too.

Check out Ikea's website.  If you see anything, I have to make a trip there soon and I can pick them up for you.  They'd be pretty cheap to send if I used a flat-rate box.

I was thinking under $50 and I don't really care what they look like.  Our big gift is a night out.  We have bookcases in every room of our home from formal to the gameroom basmen so anything would work.  Well, anything but the crucfix. 

I'm hitting the mall today.  Maybe something will pop there.

I got my most recent set from Chiasso.  Brushed stainless steel - they have circles, orbs, and squares with cut-out circles. Plus some other stuff.

Edit: Doh.  I should ahve figured you meant wood.  The chiasso ones are pretty groovy, though.

Maybe some "A" and "Z " bookends from a bookstore?

Thanks for all of the help.  I went to Hobby Lobby and ended up finding some really cool wood windchimes.  Complete 180, but hey they are cool.

Ha at Butter.  I am very close to Amish country.  I see buggies every day practically.  The next hospital over even has buggy parking.
