The effin' HR person with the job offer hasn't responded to DH.  They wanted an answer by today.  DH asked 3 basic questions- is there a relo package, when would you need me to start, can I let you know Monday.

NO RESPONSE.

He sent the operations manager a laundry list of professional questions and the guy answered every last one of them at 10:30 pm.  They weren't warm fuzzy answers.

    Can he call the HR person? Also he should call the hiring manager and let him know the reason he can't give an answer yet.

    He has called her and e-mailed her.  You'd think if you had an offer out to someone you'd watch for a response or tell a colleague to keep an eye out.  She seems really flighty and that's not giving anymore warm and fuzzies.
