I always fall back to peanut butter blossoms.  I've made so many I can knock them ot quickly.

I can't stand the smell of peanut butter, so that is out.

Well then- cut outs, or candy cane cookies, or I have a recipe for a short bread type cookie that you flavor with jello (sounds odd, but they are good).  I also have a really good ricotta cheese cookie.  They are really creamy but not super sweet.

Min, Hersheys is selling Mint Truffle Kisses. There is a recipe on the back of the bag for bite sized brownies with a kiss on top and they look yummy.

Food Network has a recipe for Chocolate Cheesecake Bars with crushed peppermint on top.

I also like to make jam thumbprints, sugar cookies, regular ole chocolate chip, and oatmeal cranberry with white chocolate. I realize that some of those are decidely not cookies, but I don't care.
