I am feeling better. More good days versus bad, and I am seeing a therapist biweekly. Still nothing much on the job front, I actually had an interview with Planned Parenthood, but for a position I wasn't too keen on with hours I wasn't a big fan of either, so not getting that job wasn't a bad thing. Something has got to give eventually, I am feeling more hopeful.
I still can't stand some of the people I work with now, but such is life, and i am better in control of my temper at work.

Thanks guys. I can only go up from here, and life overall has been very good in the last couple of months.
Except for the falling and ankle spraining yesterday, but it means I am taking it easy and hanging out here with you all!

me, too.  Also glad you decided to pop back in. :)

Biweekly as in every other week?  Can I ask more about this? (You can tell me to shove it, of course.)

How did you hook up with the therapist? Who decided on the ideal schedule/frequency of visits? Is this just talk, just meds, or both? Are you seeing improvement? What technique are you using (cognitive behvaioral therapy?)

Obviously, I have selfish motives for my questioning.

<div>My insurance has a line just for mental health, I called them, got all the details on what was covered and was sent  list of covered providers. I was able to choose male vs female as well. Once I had the list I googled them to get to know more. I choose one from there.</div><div>At my first visit, my therapist went over my symptoms, and she determined a diagnosis and set my visits for every two weeks. No meds at this point, I was hesitant to start some at this point anyway. At each visit we go over what's been happening, how my symptoms are, how the job hunt is going, etc.</div><div>
</div><div>I fell like I really lucked out in choosing the therapist i am seeing, I am very comfortable with her and she is willing to listen to me ramble on about being a nurse/midwife.</div>
